Our 14-day guarantee means you'll receive all your content within 14 days after your scheduled shoot! This way, you'll know exactly what to expect, which is very convenient!
How many revisions are included?
Typically, we offer up to two revisions with your initial order. This allows you to make adjustments to ensure the final product meets your expectations. Revisions are usually completed within 3-5 business days, depending on the complexity of the changes requested.
Can I get advice on which visuals work best for my marketing strategy?
Of course! During a free creative consultation, we’ll discuss your brand strategy and advise you on the best content for your goals.
How does working with our studio works?
Ordering a package with Frontyard is simple. We start with an inspiration session with one of our experts to discuss your vision. We then provide a detailed project proposal and address any enquiries. Next, ship your products to our studio. We will photograph them and send you a selection for review and grading. Finally, once you approve the images, we deliver the final content and arrange for return shipping of your products.
Can I use credits for future projects?
Credits are valid for 12 months from the purchase date, giving you plenty of flexibility to use them when you need them. Or use them for future shoots. Shoots start from 80 credits.
How flexible are your packages if my needs change during project planning?
Our credit system offers full flexibility. You can use credits for different types of content, depending on your evolving needs. We create a plan together with the client and only start shooting after the plan is 100% ago from the clients side.
What is the difference between your Content Pack and traditional photoshoots?
The Content Pack offers a streamlined, flexible approach. Instead of time-consuming and expensive traditional photoshoots, we use a credit system that lets you choose exactly the content you need. Plus, we deliver everything within 14 days of the shoot.
